Product Returns and Refunds

Changed your mind?

Not a problem! You may return any product within 30 days of purchase if it is in the original packaging that is unopened and undamaged.

You can return a product by dropping it off or sending it with a courier to your nearest openNaledi office. The cost to return the product to openNaledi will be at your expense. Please ensure that products are well packed so that it does not get damaged or lost in transit.

Your refund will be processed after we have received and inspected the product. Please allow up to 5 Business Days for your refund to be processed.

Faulty or Incorrect Product?

We are very sorry! If a product is faulty or have been supplied incorrectly, we will arrange a courier to collect the product or request that you send us a picture. The product will be exchanged as soon as we have physically inspected the product or examined the picture.
