Delivery by a courier in South Africa will take 1 – 2 working days to reach you depending on where you live.

Delivery times for international orders will be communicated by email and depends on the destination country.

We provide free shipping for orders above R799 to any destination in South Africa. For order below a R799, a fixed fee of R120 will be charged.

International shipping rates depend on the destination country and on the weight and the size of the delivered package. Our fee does not include any duties and other costs to be paid in the country of destination. You can contact your local customs for more information on this.

If you select the option to collect at a openNaledi office, you will be notified by email as soon as the product is ready for collection.
