Zinc Copper Selenium – Fix contains ZincAAC Zinc Glutamate Zinc Oxide mix 20 mg / capsule, Copper AAC 1 mg / capsule. Selenium 0.4 mg / capsule. Filler Calcium Carbonate.
Contains no preservatives nor artificial colourants. Lactose and Starch free.
Dosage and directions for use: Take 500 mg capsule or ¼ teaspoon with water once or twice a day on an empty stomach, best before going to bed. Take with meals if discomfort is felt.
