Pregnancy and lactation: During pregnancy and lactation a Medical Practitioner should be consulted first.

Dosage and directions for use: Adults and children over 12 years of age. Take 1 capsule 2-3 times per day with meals. Children. Take half a capsule 2-3 times per day with meals. Capsule powder can be placed in water or fruit juice.
