Lysine essential amino acid 50g POWDER. Lysine is an important structural component of many proteins. It is also directly involved in the production of L-carnatine, which is required for the transportation and utilisation of fats. Two other roles of Lysine are the retention of Calcium within the body and the maintenance of the immune system. Lysine is an amino acid that is a building block for all proteins. In children it is essential for bone development and helps all ages absorb calcium. Lysine benefits the production of enzymes, hormones, antibodies and collagen. When Vitamin C is combined with Lysine the formation of collagen is enhanced. Lysine is not produced by the body and therefore must be absorbed from food and/or supplements.

COMPOSITION: Monohydrochloride.

DOSAGE AND DIRECTIONS FOR USE: 1/4 tsp. dissolved in a glass of water once a day 1/2hr before meals. DO NOT DRINK WITH MILK. Store well closed, below 25°C. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN
